With heavy hearts

With Heavy hearts, we are sharing the sad news of our friend and club member, Ron Ermeling. Ron passed from this Earth on March 1, 2020 at 9:45 PM while in Hospice care. Please keep Ginger in your love and prayers during this difficult time.

  • There is an unbearable pain you feel when you lose someone very important. You go through memories about events you had together and see your meeting each other was just a privilege. To our friend, Ron Ermeling, we will really miss you. Rest in peace, dear Friend. Till we meet again.

MONDAY, MARCH 9 Drive and Dine Cheddars Scratch Kitchen in Ocala. Staging will be at 9:45 AM Mulberry Grove Parking Lot We will be leaving for Cheddars at 10:00 AM The drive is approximately 22 miles from Mulberry and takes approx. 35 minutes through horse country. Nice roads, great menu

SATURDAY, MARCH 14TH MS Walk – Car Show at the Villages Polo Grounds 8:30 AM till 11:00 AM (approx) There will be a light breakfast served.

MONDAY, MARCH 16 TH TVVCC MONTHLY MEETING TRUMAN REC CENTER 6:00 PM We have a total of 207 Members listed. We are showing a total of 106 paid members so, that means we have 101 members that have not paid for 2020. We will be collecting dues at the March 16th meeting. If you have not paid your dues by April 1, you will be deleted from the rooster. If you are deleted, you will have to submit a Membership Form to get a new password in order to access our web site. Jim Dickson will be serving his delicious Donuts and President Merlin will be fixing a roaster of Jambalaya for you to try. It will not be HOT.

A NEW YEAR

Welcome all TVV CLUB MEMBERS

New things are happening in the TVV Car Club

We elected a new President and Vice-President. Our new President is Merlin Decuir our new Vice President is Alan Carey. Linda Bertone has agreed to stay on as Secretary and Mike Ferlisi has agreed to stay on as Treasurer. Bonnie White will remain as Webmaster.

Merlin Decuir lead our January meeting. He is asking for ideas on what the Club wants for this year? He is also asking for volunteers to help at our meetings and events. There will be sign up sheets at the back of the room at the February 17, 2020 meeting.

SATURDAY, February 2210 am to 1 pm Metro Diner Car Show A $13 meal voucher for your next visit is given to each vintage car that shows up. The 20 cars we needed have been filled but Alex is taking a waiting list. Please call Alex for further info. 352-751-5370

Saturday, March 14. Car Show for the National MS Walk 2020 8:30 AM- 11:00 AM (approx) The Polo Field We participate in this event every year. They will provide free coffee and doughnuts. Sign up sheets will be available at the monthly meeting.

KIDS, COPS & CHRISTMAS

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH 9:30 A.M. Our Club will be presenting a check and toys to the Sumter County Sheriff office on 466 by Cornerstone Hospice. We are requesting a good showing from our members with or without your cars. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 9:30 AM. THE PRESENTATION WILL BE AT 10:00 AM

Tickets ARE available for purchase Tickets are $35 PP. We hope you will join us for a fun evening with friends and fellow club members. The Club will give back $5pp or $10 per couple, the night of the Christmas Party. This will bring the cost down to $30 pp. You can also mail a check and self-addressed stamped envelope and I will send the tickets back to you. Entertainment will be provided by Danny and Johnny.
