We will be meeting at Truman Rec. Center, Monday, November 16th at 6:00 P.M.
It looks like The Villages is allowing us to start Club Meetings again. We are also permitted to have the Cruise-Ins at Spanish Springs. As shown above, we are required to Social Distance and Wear Masks at all times. This will probably be the new normal for our future meetings as well. Please bring your own drinks. No refreshments will be served. Truman Rec Center will only allow 60 people in our meeting room. If you are not one of the first 60 to arrive, you will be asked to leave. The agenda for this meeting is to formally elect our new 2021 officers.
The 2021 dues will not be accepted at this meeting but, will be taken at the January meeting on January 18, 2021. All members that have access to a computer, please go to NEW MEMBER APPLICATION on the header. Click on the new member application and print the form. Bring the filled out form to the January meeting with your 2021 dues. This will help the Board of Directors/Treasurer update all our member information. If you do not have access to a computer, we will have copies available at our meeting on Monday for everyone to take home and fill out.
We will NOT HAVE A MEETING IN DECEMBER. There will be no prorated dues starting in 2021. This will be the policy for all members. There will be no 50/50 drawing at this meeting. We will start back in January. We do have a few important items to be voted on by our members.
The Cruise-in will be on Saturday, November 21, 2020, Remember that we meet in the lot behind the bowing alley around 2:00 P.M. This Cruise-in is being sponsored by Operation Shoebox. Please help this great organization by buying a 50/50 ticket.
